Next phase of affordable homes released at Longholme Park

Bellway Homes have handed over the latest phase of 3 bedroom homes made available for shared ownership purchase, to Auxesia Homes.

The latest phase comprises 6 of the total 15 affordable housing units available via Auxesia, with the first 4 having already been occupied on an affordable rent basis back in February 2023.

From £105,000, representing a 50% share, homes made available for shared ownership purchase have proved popular, with 5 of the 6 properties reserved off plan.
