Registered Provider, Auxesia Homes, has revealed further growth plans for 2026 having realised a series of key milestones during first quarter of this year and throughout 2025.

Acquisitions of Section 106 properties and a significant stock transfer from St Arthur Homes, cumulatively, saw Auxesia double in size, transforming them from a regional to a national housing provider. The acquisition of assets from St Arthur Homes, a London-based RP, marked the end of an incredibly buoyant year that also welcomed two new lenders and significant additional shareholder funding, with a combined value of £150m,

collectively supporting ambitious expansion plans that aim to deliver a further 1,300 homes by 2030.

Auxesia also completed the transfer of a major housing portfolio with Onward Homes, in a deal valued at £13.5m. The transaction saw the sale of 134 high-quality affordable homes across the North West, including 89 shared ownership properties and 45 homes for affordable rent and social rent, boosting Onwards growing portfolio and providing quality homes for tenants across the region.

Claire Donnelly, Interim Chief Executive at Auxesia Homes commented: “Huge efforts have been made to lay solid foundations that will support our future growth and expansion plans. Through strategic acquisitions and stock transfers, we have doubled our housing stock and expanded our geographical reach to the South.

“Internally, we have strengthened our team with some exceptional appointments including senior leadership roles whilst externally, our networks and partnerships have also grown through relationships with the professional sector, funders, developers and housebuilders.

“Through a unified team effort, we have maintained 100% compliance throughout the year, whilst meeting our annual targets two months ahead of year end. All of these developments and milestones are key as we forge ahead with confidence towards our 2030 aspirations, and continuing our journey into 2026 with an incredibly positive outlook.”

Claire concluded: “I’m immensely proud of our achievements, and above all in our determination to continue to deliver quality affordable homes for both rent and shared ownership – an aspiration we'll continue to uphold as our growth trajectory continues in the coming years.”
