Affordable Living at Alderstone Park with Bellway Homes
At Auxesia Homes, we’re proud to continue the expansion of our portfolio of high-quality affordable homes across the North West — acquiring some 26 homes from Bellway Homes’ Alderstone Park, Great Eccleston development, reaffirming a strong and successful working partnership in action.
About the Development
Alderstone Park is a large, mixed-tenure scheme comprising some 300-plus new homes, ranging from one to five bedroom houses and apartments. As part of the development’s Section 106 planning obligations, 26 apartments with their own private entrance have been designated for affordable rent — all of which have been acquired and will be managed by Auxesia Homes. These one, two and three-bedroom apartments will help to meet the growing demand for accessible and affordable housing in the area.
Affordable Rents
Working with the local authority, each of the 26 units will be available via the affordable rental housing model once complete between Summer 2026 and early 2028.

Auxesia Homes has worked with Bellway on multiple schemes, and has built a strong and successful relationship with the leading national house builder. Collaboration, a shared ethos and vision, and a commitment to quality, have been the foundations of this successful partnership.
Looking Ahead
Auxesia will begin to welcome tenants from Summer 2026, marking another step forward in the RP’s mission to deliver affordable, high-quality homes, strengthening communities and fostering long-term relationships that support growth, inclusivity, and opportunity across the North West.
Delivering Through Section 106
These homes at Alderstone Park are being delivered through Section 106 agreements, which ensure that a proportion of new developments are dedicated to affordable housing. This model helps maintain balanced, sustainable communities by providing opportunities for people who might otherwise struggle to access quality new build homes in desirable locations.
