Auxesia Homes welcomes Adam Corcoran as Asset Manager

Auxesia Homes is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Corcoran as Asset Manager, further strengthening the company’s growing operational and asset management capabilities.

In his new role, Adam will oversee building safety compliance, defects management, repairs and voids, contracts, and portfolio-wide data and reporting. He will play a key role in ensuring Auxesia Homes continues to deliver safe, well-maintained, quality homes for residents across its schemes.

Adam joins Auxesia Homes with more than a decade of experience across building management, facilities management, compliance and repairs. Most recently, he served as Senior Facilities Manager at JLL, one of the world’s leading real estate companies, where he spent over three years working with major global clients including Amazon, within their Global Real Estate and Facilities teams.

Prior to JLL, Adam built extensive experience within the property management sector, working across both non-profit housing associations and private block management organisations.

Speaking about his appointment, Adam said: “I’m extremely excited about joining Auxesia at a key time for the business. I’m looking forward to using my experience to help drive positive change, and being part of a forward thinking and innovative organisation that delivers accessible, affordable homes for those that may struggle to secure properties using traditional routes.”
