Hazel (Homes by Honey) shared ownership scheme fully sold – a partnership success

We’re pleased to announce that Auxesia Homes’ Shared Ownership allocation at Hazel in Matlock is now 100% sold, marking another successful scheme for Auxesia and reaffirming a brilliant partnership with Homes by Honey.

Developed and built by Homes by Honey, Hazel brought together strong design, quality new homes and an outstanding Derbyshire location. Auxesia’s role was to bring Shared Ownership into the mix, creating an accessible route into homeownership as part of the wider development.

Located off Chesterfield Road in Matlock, Homes by Honey delivered properties with contemporary layouts, quality kitchens, generous living spaces and carefully considered finishes. Sustainability was also built into the specification, with features including solar photovoltaic and solar-thermal systems, EV charging points, high-performance insulation and water-saving fixtures.
