We are committed to scaling our business to provide more affordable homes each year across the north of England. We aim to achieve this by expanding our network of reputable developers, planning consultants and house builders.
By continuing to help local authorities deliver upon their obligations as per the Armed Forces Covenant, our vision is to support public service workers in their search for a safe, energy-efficient home, to buy or rent, in a place that they want to live.
As a social landlord, we recognise the value of the support we can provide to all tenants and leaseholders who occupy our properties. In partnership with Touchstone, we champion a modern approach to asset management. Where our Regional Resident Engagement Officers manage our homes locally, assisting our residents with queries relating to repairs, maintenance, home alterations, antisocial behaviour and/or safeguarding, where required, Touchstone enhance our service by providing us with the contractor network, technology, and expertise, to better manage our homes and take care of our residents.
