As a social landlord, we recognise the value of the support we can provide to all tenants and leaseholders who occupy our properties. In partnership with Touchstone, we champion a modern approach to asset management. Where our Regional Resident Engagement Officers manage our homes locally, assisting our residents with queries relating to repairs, maintenance, home alterations, antisocial behaviour and/or safeguarding, where required, Touchstone enhance our service by providing us with the contractor network, technology, and expertise, to better manage our homes and take care of our residents.
