Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) Survey Prize Draw

 

Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Auxesia Homes Limited, registered office: Booth’s Hall, Chelford Road, Knutsford. WA16 8QZ. ("the Promoter").

 

  1. Eligibility
  • The prize draw is open to tenants and residents aged 18 years or over who are invited to participate in the TSM Survey.
  • Employees of the Promoter directly involved in administering the survey or prize draw are not eligible to enter.
  • Only one entry per eligible household will be permitted.

 

3.  How to Enter

  • Entry into the prize draw is automatic upon completion of the TSM Survey during the survey period.
  • No purchase is necessary.
  • Participants must complete the survey in full by the published closing date to be eligible.
  • Participation in the prize draw is voluntary and is not linked to the content of survey responses.

 

4.  Survey Period

  • The survey opens on 01 October 2026 and closes at midnight on 22 October 2026.
  • Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible for the prize draw.

 

5.  Prizes

  • There are 10 prizes, each consisting of a £50 High Street Voucher.
  • The total prize fund is £500.
  • No cash alternative will be offered.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

 

6.  Winner Selection

  • 5 winners will be selected at random from all eligible survey participants after the survey closing date.
  • The draw will be conducted fairly and independently using a random selection process.
  • The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

7.  Notification of Winners

  • Winners will be contacted using the contact details held by the Promoter or provided during the survey process.
  • Winners will be notified within 14 days of the prize draw.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 28 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

8.  Data Protection

  • Personal information collected for the purpose of administering the prize draw will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Promoter's Privacy Notice.
  • Survey responses will remain confidential and will not affect a participant's chances of winning.
  • Personal information will only be used for administering the prize draw and distributing prizes unless otherwise agreed.

 

9.  Publicity

  • Winners may be asked whether they are willing to participate in publicity relating to the prize draw.
  • There is no obligation on winners to participate in any publicity activities.

 

10. Liability

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, delayed, or corrupted survey submissions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw if it becomes necessary to do so.

 

11. General

  • By completing the survey and entering the prize draw, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • The prize draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
