Our Purpose
We believe everyone should have access to a safe, good-quality and affordable home in a place they want to live.
Auxesia Homes works with housebuilders, local authorities and other housing partners to support the growth of affordable housing across England, providing homes through Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership.
We use private investment to increase the supply of affordable homes, combining sustainable investment with positive social impact for residents and communities.
Our purpose is to continue growing the number of affordable homes available, creating more opportunities for individuals and families to find a secure home they can afford.
